THE NOLET CHRONICLES is a feature length documentary about The Nolet Distillery In Schiedam, founded in 1691. Present owner and 10th. Generation, Carel Sr. Nolet looks back at the past, present and future of the family distillery. The film had its premiere in 2016 for a selected audience only and was produced on behalf of their 325-year anniversary in 2016.
TO BE RELEASED IN 2091 The film is transferred to 35mm analogue motion picture negative and secured in a controlled freezing system for extreme long-term conservational purposes. In the year 2091 the film will be released for an international audience on behalf of the 400-year anniversary of the Nolet Distillery.
